• To provide an online internet resource of Canadian Civil Defence / Emergency Preparedness and Cold War History.

• To provide educational programs and activities educating people of the Civil Defence / Emergency Preparedness and The Cold War in Canada

• To establish a resource library on Canada’s Civil Defence / Emergency Preparedness and the Cold War.

• To establish and operate a museum of Civil Defence / Emergency Preparedness and Cold War artifacts

• To restore, develop, archive and preserve Canadian Civil Defence / Emergency Preparedness and Cold War artifacts

• To educate about the Cold War sites

• To ensure the sustainability of the Canadian Civil Defence Museum Association.
